| Vegan piadina picnic in Boletto, above Lake Como |
Love walking up to the top of Boletto where there is a stunning 360 view <3 On a crisp, clear day you can see forever... Lake Como, Monte Rosa, the alps, Grigna, so many mountains and beyond <3 gorgeous :-)
You can walk all the way from Brunate up but as it was Sunday there was a bus service from Brunate up to Cao, so we hopped on that and then from there walked onwards to the top of Boletto, by the cresta side way, such a beautiful path through forests and hills <3 Love in every season!
Fresh air, peace, calm and a packed vegan picnic to enjoy... aaah here one can breathe <3

Ingredients of this December picnic are below in the pics and the Piadina, a thin round moon-like Italian flatbread which looks similar to a tortilla, one can easily make oneself (maybe i'll put a post on that at some point) but one can also buy a pack of them, vegan bio plain ones, from esselunga supermarket in Como, just double checking ingredients on the back and then add your own filling <3 That's what I did here :-)

| Isn't this beautiful? There are currently two chairs (and a bench too) at the top. To sit and enjoy the views... so much wonder...Grigna mountains are also saying hello |
