Very easy vegan hot chocolate

Wintery vegan hot chocolate :-) 

It's been snowing today and I was out admiring all the beautiful cold snow crystals :-) Love when clouds roll underneath us too... When I got home it was so comforting to have a hot chocolate, so easy, just some oat milk and yum dark chocolate! Just heated up the oat milk and stirred in a few pieces of dark chocolate, some times I add some peppermint too but didn't today... Aaaah so good!
