Isn't it the best to go for a lovely mountain walk with a yummy vegan picnic on a crisp, clear day? Love so much! I just put together whatever ingredients we have at home on the day... yeees Buddha bowl style :) always a little different, makes it special...
Here with chickpeas, broccoli, couscous, greens and purple cabbage sauerkraut.... find a beautiful spot to enjoy the views and here we go! YUM YUM! Sit and watch the world go by. Hope you're having a beautiful day <3
