Went to the picturesque lakeside town of Bellano on Friday and had a vegan bruschetta at Bar Arrigoni Bellano. I had the classica which is vegan but asked to add zucchini, eggplant, and peperoni :D these ingredients were on another bruschetta, the vegetarian one but that one had cheese, so I just added the veggies to the classic one because I like the garlic that the classic comes with :D The staff were very nice and the bruschettas were crunchy & good! Lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view... the lake and mountains are just so beautiful!
